| Roland Lee Drawing Workshop
CLASS DESCRIPTION
Drawing is the basis of good painting, but can also be beautiful finished
art in itself. This workshop explores the way we see objects in nature,
through value contrast, edges, and shapes. We will use techniques of
chiaroscuro as we learn to describe the illusion of three dimensional
form and space on a flat surface. The workshop will include working
in the studio from both photos and still life, plus sketching
on location outdoors. So come prepared to work, learn, and
have fun!
