Purchase Guarantee: Purchasing
art from Roland Lee Art Gallery, Inc. is 100% safe and fully guaranteed.
Simply put, if you are unhappy with any item purchased please contact
us immediately and we will promptly remedy the problem to the best of
our ability. We are eager to make sure all of our art collectors are
satisfied with their art investments.
Returns: If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return
for exchange or for refund (less Shipping), provided the item is returned
within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment.
Damage: If your painting
is received damaged, it is most likely the result of a UPS shipping
mishap. Please contact us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt
so we can remedy the problem. If your order is delivered to you with
obvious damage or with broken glass, please do not open the package.
You may refuse the package and have the carrier return the package to
us. If damage is found after the package is opened, please save all
packaging material and let us know by phone or email so UPS can send
a Pick-up label for return. For a claim, UPS will want to see all packaging
material as well as the damaged item.
Carrier and Packaging:
We ship most orders through the United Parcel Service (UPS). Most items
are packaged by the UPS Store with special care and are insured against
damage (see above). In-stock items are normally shipped the next business
day. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item. For framed
items or giclee prints we need at least two weeks prior to shipment
to order the necessary items. We will email you prior to shipping and
alert you to shipping information, carrier, and expected delivery date.
We request that you email us upon receipt of shipment.
Shipping Costs: Shipping
and packaging costs charged at check-out are calculated based on a percentage
value of your purchase. If the actual shipping cost is substantially
different we will adjust the total at time of shipping.
Gallery Affiliations:
Some original paintings shown on this
website may be hanging in the art galleries listed below or in a national
juried exhibition. You may contact any gallery or show directly for
purchase information. If a painting in possession of one of the galleries
is purchased through this website, that gallery will ship the painting
directly to you from their location. The listed sale prices are the
same whether purchased through our website or through our affiliated
galleries.

is located in the art community of Laguna Beach, California and features
many of Roland's newest European original watercolor paintings.
Datura
Gallery is located in the desert community of Kayenta located near St.
George, Utah. Both Datura and Juniper Sky Art Galleries are located
in the colorful Coyote Gulch Art Village and feature many of Roland's
original paintings and prints portraying the desert landscape.
