Story:

With the Zion National Park Centennial underway and "Canyon of Sanctuary - the Art of Zion National Park" on display at the St. George Art Museum, I'm all pumped up to paint Zion. This is one of my favorite cliffs in Zion - The Watchman. And I love Autumn in Zion, so it's a perfect subject for this painting.

This painting was exhibited at the Zion National Park Human History Museum Gallery as part of the "Footsteps of Thoma Moran" Invitational Plein Air event.
