Story:
I recently dug out my sketchbooks and photos of a recent trip to Switzerland and was inspired to do a few paintings. I ran across this big barn while hiking on a Swiss hillside, and stopped long enough to sketch and photograph it. In many European countries the barns and living spaces are connected, which makes it easier to tend animals in the winter.
