Pencil drawing from a sketchook kept on location during Sons of the Utah Pioneers tour in July 2005. Drawing size is 5 1/2 inches by 8 inches, sketched with a 6B pencil in a hardbound sketchbook made by Watson-Guptill.

Story:
This stately home was the used by General George Washington as his headquarters during the Revolutionary War. Owned by Isaac Potts, it is said that Potts offered the use of his home and grounds to Washington after coming upon him kneeling in prayer in the woods. Realizing that General Washington was appealing to God for help, Isaac offered his own home for the duration of the war.
