Story:
My brother in law, Robert Eves served as our guide to the Cook Islands. Having served an LDS mission there, he has a special love for the Maori people and the islands of Rarotonga and Aitutaki. Robert said that the coconut tree is a special gift from God to the islanders. Every part of the tree is used, and they are prevalent everywhere. It takes a little skill to properly open the coconut, but it is worth it.
