Story:
The Angel's Landing Trail is one of the most popular and more challenging trails in the Park. But it is also one of the most rewarding. I like to allow plenty of time to stop and sketch, shoot photos, and admire the stunning views. This view is looking down canyon on the last leg of the climb, when chains become necessary-- just before crossing the narrowest stretch with the sheer dropoffs. On top the views are even better and the exhilaration of completing the climb leaves a warm glow of accomplishment.
